Menopause can be a rollercoaster for many women. Whether you’re approaching menopause or in the heat of hormonal change, this workshop will help you understand what’s happening, prepare with confidence and explore ways to manage symptoms and thrive.
For those interested in natural options, Dr Nicky will explore nutritional, herbal and complementary approaches to menopause, including remedies from the kitchen and garden as well as the herbal dispensary.
Considering HRT? Dr Nicky will walk you through the benefits and risks so you can make an informed choice about starting or continuing treatment.
This will be a small practical workshop with the opportunity to ask questions and sample some of the herbal medicines discussed.
