Returns & Exchanges

Tonic Room takes great pride in its reputation for quality and are happy to provide you with a credit or an exchange for full priced items, only when:‍


• The goods are in saleable condition, in their original packaging with all tags still intact.

• The goods have not been damaged, opened or used.

• The goods are returned within 14 day of purchase date

• The original invoice as proof of purchase is provided.



‍Tonic Room will always provide you with a credit at our discretion for items that:

• Are faulty (unless caused by you)

• Are different to the goods that you ordered

All returns and exchanges must be returned to Tonic Room within 14 days to be eligible for a credit. Items are only exchanged subject to availability.

Return Shipping must be prepaid and by a traceable method to ensure safe and documented delivery. Tonic Room takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries. Return shipping costs are at the expense of the purchaser.


Tonic Room will reimburse any document shipping charges for return of goods that have been deemed faulty.


Please note sale items are final sale and cannot be returned for a credit or exchange unless deemed faulty. Please further note that we are not obliged to accept returns simply if you have changed your mind or no longer want the goods.
