Over 75 unhurried minutes where both Mother and Baby can settle in fully, beginning with a warm foot soak infused with salts and  herbs to nourish the postpartum body. Followed by a bespoke facial with baby tucked in skin to skin or resting close by. This meditative treatment will reset the nervous system and address any tension that is holding in the body.

Designed for babies from newborn up to three months old or option to just come alone with baby being left in care at home.
