After the huge success of our recent Women's Wellness Retreat at The Landing we thought we would share some of the recipes we demonstrated there as part of our Healing with Herbs talks!

These teas are the perfect way to incorporate herbs into your daily life in a tasty way using two of our Tonic Room Teas

Iced Skin Tea

This is one of our favourite blends as it gently cleanses the body and gives the skin a radiant glow.

This makes 4 glasses (depending of the size of teapot you use to brew the tea)

Ingredients

1 large teapot

1 ice cube tray

3 heaped tablespoons of Tonic Room Skin Tea (more if you have a large pot)

Boiling water, cooled slightly

30ml of The Beauty Chef Hydration Boost

Soda water

Slices of lemon and ginger

Handful of mint

Directions

Fill your teapot with double the amount of herbal tea you would normally use (3 tbsp should be enough)

Add boiled water and leave to brew overnight - if not possible leave until cool

Add 1/4 of the pot of the cooled tea to the ice cube tray and pop in the freezer.  Put the cooled tea in the fridge.

The following day add to a separate jug:

1/4 cooled tea

3/4 soda water

30ml of The Beauty Chef Hydration Boost

Lemon slices

Ginger slices

Mint

Pour into glasses with the Skin Tea ice cubes

Enjoy all day!
