She has a wealth of experience working with people using herbal, nutritional and mind-body medicine. She is passionate about herbal medicine, and the potential of plants to support our health. She has also explored the role of stress and lifestyle on our health and hormonal systems. As well as her medical degree, Nicky has a Diploma in Herbal Medicine from the Waikato Centre for Herbal Medicine, and a Diploma in Integrated Psychology (Hakomi, a form of mind-body psychotherapy).
